Stainless steel cabinets are weather resistant and give a classy look. They can easily be washed and are hygienic. They do cost more upfront but have a longer lifespan.

A popular choice nowadays is marine grade polymer cabinets. They are waterproof ,stain resistant and aesthetically good looking .They come in a variety of light colors such as dolphin grey ,  glacier grey ,   polar white ,   sea foam  and  Sand shade. They are easily washable.

Shape of Cabinets

The shape of your cabinets depends on your requirements and how you would be using your outdoor kitchen. Consider mixing single drawer, 2 and 4 drawer cabinets along with single full height drawers to make your storage robust.  Sink cabinets with double doors and customized cabinets which go under your grill would give your kitchen a finishing look. Cabinets can also be accessorized with pull-out tank or trash drawers. For elaborate outdoor kitchens, wall cabinets are a good idea. Just make sure they are placed away from grill smoke.
